

Welcome to the new Wills Point Community Market! We are thrilled to have you join us in this exciting venture. Seeing the need for a consistent indoor market in our community, we’ve created this event with you and our vibrant town in mind. We hope it will become a fun and popular gathering for everyone involved!
Here is what you need to know:
Market Details:
– Event dates:
March 22nd (Indoor Full, Outdoor Waiting List)
April 26th (Indoor Full, Outdoor Waiting List)
May 17th
– Location: Wills Point Community Center, 307 N. 4th St, Wills Point TX
– Time: Open to the public from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
– Setup: Begins at 9:00 AM
– Rain or Shine: We will have the market rain or shine!
Vendor Booth Details:
– Each vendor will have a 10’x6′ space (10’x10′ outdoor).
– Tables and chairs are NOT provided, so please bring what you need for your setup.
– Be mindful of waste management – no trash collection for large items like boxes will be available. Please take your trash with you.
– All canopy’s are required to have at least 30 lbs weight at each corner of the structure.
Fees & Payments:
After your application has been approved, you will receive an invoice for $25 per event you’ve been approved for. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment has been received. The vendor fee is non-refundable. The event will go on regardless of weather. Please note social media scheduling and promotion will be finalized once payment has been received.
Important Reminders:
– Vendors are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws and regulations for their products, such as, but not limited to, sales tax and cottage food law for baked goods.
– Food trucks are required to have an Itinerary Permit with the City Of Wills Point. Email us or the City of Wills Point to acquire a permit application
– Harlequin International, LLC as the event organizer, is not responsible for ensuring vendor compliance
– No generators are allowed inside the community center. There are limited spots for power. Let us know in advance if you need electricity.

Booth Placement & Parking:
– You will receive an email the Thursday prior to the event with important information, booth assignments and parking instructions.
